Step 1: Apply online
All applications are submitted online. Before you apply though, please make sure you meet our minimum requirements.
Step 2: Online questionnaire and numerical test
If you meet our basic requirements, we'll invite you to undertake a series of brief online tests.
Step 3: Telephone interview
If you pass the online test, we'll arrange a telephone interview at a time to suit you. Here, we'll explore your experience a little more fully.
Step 4: Assessment Centre
The final stage is an assessment centre, held at one of our offices, which includes a range of activities and an interview.
