Overview
As a leading international bank, we’re committed to providing the same consistent, high quality service to customers, wherever they are. This two year programme aims to create tomorrow’s business leaders – people who have an international outlook as well as the potential to influence strategy and decisions at a senior level.
This programme will give you a thorough grounding in our business, tailored to the strategic priorities and markets of each country. To do so, we’ll provide you with exposure to the core areas of our business through four six month placements, one of which will be based overseas. The placements will cover roles in customer facing areas, project management or strategy and people development.
You may also have the opportunity to experience other key business areas, such as Private Banking, Risk Management and Operations. As such, it will give you the all round skills needed to help you progress quickly in to your first managerial appointment at the end of the programme and develop a career with a major international bank.
