Designed to help you build on your talents and gain new skills, the Apprenticeship Programme has four components:

  • A competency-based nationally recognised qualification, which you'll gain from doing the job.
  • A nationally recognised knowledge-based qualification. This could be in customer service or an ifs school of finance financial services certificate depending on your role.
  • Learning about employee rights and responsibilities.
  • Communication and use of numbers.

After you complete your apprenticeship, we can then look at other development for you. This will be driven by your performance and career aspirations. The type of development opportunities will vary according to your role and individual needs, but you'll benefit from a mixture of formal training, on-the-job learning and mentoring. As you continue to grow with us, we'll actively support you to work towards gaining additional qualifications.
